Light Blaster optical snoot
The Light Blaster is an optical snoot that makes use of your existing lenses and flashes to project images onto your background or even across your models. “This is one I use to add dynamics to my studio fashion shoots. I can have shaped lights either on or around my subject to make the outcome more interesting.”
2. Portable light
Godox AD600BM
The Godox AD600BM is an outdoor flash powered by a lithium battery. “This is the highest powered portable light I have and it allows me to shoot in direct sunlight and even high-speed sync.”
3. Lighting modifier
Silver reflector cone
“Silver reflector cones are lighting modifiers that allow me to focus most of my light on my subject without losing too much.”

Softboxes provide soft, flattering light in any situation. The Godox QR-P120 is DextDee Livingstone’s preferred softbox. “This is a favorite all-round octabox for fashion and portrait. With the double diffusion and its size, it gives soft, beautiful light.”
6. Fabric
Various fabrics
Having a supply of fabrics in different sizes, colors, and textures stashed away in your studio is always helpful, and can bring changes quickly and inexpensively to your projects. “These are good for either adding interest to your backgrounds or further complimenting and styling your subject.”
